These terms explain the use of this website and the free roadmap offer from SATRIA KARSA DIGITAL, an Indonesian Perseroan Perorangan based in Bandung. I’m Satria Karim, the consultant representing the company. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Website information and use
This website introduces practical AI automation workflows and AI workspace setup services. Use it lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt it or access systems without authorization. General information on the site is not a commitment to accept a particular project.
What the free roadmap includes
Book a discovery call through the Calendly link and share enough context to discuss your workflow. We will focus on one priority workflow, identify a few ranked ways AI or automation could help, and agree on a practical next step.
Within five business days after the call, I will send a concise written roadmap and an optional proposal for one scoped implementation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Indonesia. There is no obligation to buy or proceed with a proposal.
The free roadmap is a focused planning document based on the information discussed. It does not include a completed implementation, a full review of every business process, a formal security or compliance audit, or ongoing support. I will state material assumptions and flag work that needs further investigation or another specialist.
Scope and fit for paid work
A booking or roadmap does not start a paid engagement. Before paid work begins, we must agree in writing on a bounded deliverable, scope, fees, responsibilities, and what counts as acceptance. You may accept, request changes to, or decline a proposal.
I may decline or refer work outside my current capacity, including mission-critical or high-risk automation and urgent work without enough time to test and hand over. My services on this site do not include client web development or AI image and video production.
Estimates, AI, and third-party tools
Potential time savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue benefits are estimates or hypotheses, not guaranteed outcomes. Actual results depend on the workflow, information supplied, tools, implementation, and how the result is used.
AI can make mistakes, and third-party services can change their features, prices, APIs, or availability. These dependencies and any human review or recovery needs should be considered when defining an implementation. This does not remove the responsibility to carry out the testing and handoff agreed for paid work.
Information, accounts, and recording
Please provide accurate information and share only material you are authorized to disclose. Do not send passwords or identifiable customer records during discovery. Access to client systems, account ownership, credentials, backups, deployment approval, and data processing responsibilities must be agreed before implementation.
Recording or transcription requires advance agreement. If anyone declines, I will take manual notes instead. The Privacy Policy explains data handling, recording retention, anonymized AI assistance, and privacy requests. Booking does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Payments, deliverables, and project agreements
The discovery roadmap is free. Paid work is handled through an agreed invoice or payment link after scope is agreed; this website has no checkout.
A separate written project agreement will define payment schedules, ownership and licenses for deliverables and existing materials, third-party components, acceptance, cancellation, support, and any liability allocation. These matters must be agreed for the particular project before paid work begins.

I may update these terms as the website or offer changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Updates to this page do not by themselves change an existing written project agreement.
