SATRIA KARSA DIGITAL is an Indonesian Perseroan Perorangan based in Bandung. I’m Satria Karim, the consultant handling your inquiries and project discussions on its behalf. Information collected and why
This static website has no on-site inquiry form, newsletter signup, or analytics. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.
If you book through Calendly, it collects your name, email address, booking details, and any optional preparation note you provide. I use this information to arrange the call, understand your request, prepare your free roadmap, and discuss an optional proposal. If you email me, I receive your email address and the contents and attachments you choose to send.
Please share only information needed to explain the workflow. Do not send passwords, account credentials, sensitive personal information, or identifiable customer records during discovery.
Optional call recording and transcription
I will ask for everyone’s agreement before recording or transcribing a discovery call with Calendly Notetaker. I will explain the purpose, provider, and deletion period before starting. Recording is optional: if anyone declines, I will take manual notes instead. You can ask me to stop recording during the call.
A recording or transcript may contain your voice, name, and the business information discussed. Its purpose is to accurately prepare your roadmap and proposal. Calendly and its service providers process the recording and transcript to provide this feature. See Calendly’s explanation of its AI processing.
AI assistance with roadmap preparation
For separate AI assistance with drafting or analysing a roadmap, I use only anonymized workflow details. I remove names, contact details, company identifiers, and details that could identify you indirectly before submitting them. If details cannot be adequately anonymized, I do not submit them to those tools. Consented call transcription is a separate process described above.
Storage and service providers
I use Gmail for correspondence and private Google Drive storage for discovery notes, roadmaps, and proposals. Calendly handles scheduling and, when agreed, call recording and transcription. Providers receive information needed to deliver their services; I do not sell or rent your personal information.
Google Workspace and a company-domain email address are planned. The current public contact address remains [email protected] until that change is completed. Cloudflare is the planned public hosting provider; this local draft does not confirm a deployed hosting setup.

Planned newsletter
Newsletter enrollment is not active yet. Brevo is the planned newsletter provider. Before enabling enrollment, I will test consent records and unsubscribe handling and update this notice to describe the actual setup, including any email tracking.
The planned booking-form checkbox will be optional and unchecked by default, separate from booking and receiving your free roadmap. Only people who opt in will be added to the newsletter. Consent records will identify who subscribed, when and how they agreed, and the wording shown. Newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe link. Subscription information will be kept while you subscribe; minimal consent and unsubscribe records may be retained as needed to demonstrate consent and prevent further marketing after an opt-out.
How long information is kept
- Recordings and transcripts: I delete copies under my control, including downloaded copies and Calendly recaps, within seven days after sending the roadmap. If no roadmap is sent, I delete them within 30 days after the call. Deletion from provider backups may follow separate provider retention schedules.
- Prospects who do not become clients: discovery notes, roadmaps, proposals, and related inquiry correspondence are kept for 12 months after our last substantive contact, then deleted. An exception requires a documented reason, such as an ongoing dispute or legal obligation, and a review date.
- Paid engagements: project and accounting records follow the retention requirements applicable to that engagement and any separate agreement. The prospect retention period does not replace required accounting or legal retention.
Processing grounds, access, and international handling
Depending on the applicable law and activity, processing grounds include responding to steps you request before an agreement, performing an agreement, legitimate interests in handling inquiries and protecting the site, and legal obligations. Optional recording and any future newsletter subscription rely on your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Google, Calendly, and their service providers may process information outside Indonesia. Calendly reports using U.S. data centers. Locations and protections depend on the service and its processing arrangements. You can contact me for information about the providers and arrangements relevant to your inquiry.
Sharing is limited to the providers and purposes described above. I may also disclose information where required by law or to address a legal claim. Private storage and limited access reduce risk, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, or withdraw optional recording or marketing consent by emailing [email protected]. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and complain to the relevant data protection authority.
I may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your data. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims; I will explain any applicable limits. You can decline recording and leave optional booking notes blank. Your name, email, and scheduling details are needed to arrange a Calendly booking.
Changes to this notice
I will update this page when the handling described here changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, I will provide additional notice or obtain fresh consent before using information for a new purpose.
